Co-founded by Ari Urban and Carolyn Baron, MusicFreeMyHeart events are a hybrid between a classical music concert and a meditation retreat.
We believe that sacred music and heart-centered meditation are a powerful combination in order to cultivate emotional resilience during these changing times; resulting in more inner peace and emotional sovereignty.
